JuFuDoo is a software company based in Datteln, Germany. We want to make a meaningful contribution to society through digitalization, especially in areas where it has traditionally been challenging. We build solutions that facilitate access to technology and create opportunities.

Our focus is on automating workflows, with software robots as well as with interfaces and workflow systems, and on software for veterinary medicine. Cloud services, native apps, and data analytics complement this. We rely on lean implementation, clear priorities, and collaboration at eye level.

Robotic Process Automation

Robotic process automation uses software robots that take over screen-based work. They operate specialized applications like a person would, transfer data between systems, check entries, and create transactions. This pays off wherever workflows are rule-based and no interface is available, in companies as well as in municipalities and public authorities.

We accompany you from strategy to ongoing operation. It starts with the question of which processes are suitable and what benefit they bring. Then we develop a target picture with you, select a suitable platform, and support the introduction of the first robots. We make sure that responsibilities, data protection, and operations are clarified from the start and that your employees understand the robots and can develop them further.

Many workflows in companies consist of steps that repeat every day. Data is transferred from one system to another, documents are checked, and reports are compiled. We automate such workflows with scripts, interfaces, and workflow systems so that they run reliably, traceably, and around the clock.

We start with the processes, not with the technology. Automation only pays off once a workflow is lean and unambiguous. Then we choose the tool that fits your systems and make sure your team understands the automation and can develop it further on its own. For automating screen-based work with software robots, we offer robotic process automation as a separate service.

Veterinary Informatics

Complementary software and data solutions for veterinary practices, clinics, and networks.

Veterinary medicine works with a lot of data, from patient records and laboratory values through imaging to herd data and billing. This data usually sits in practice management systems, laboratory portals, and devices that are difficult to bring together. We develop software that complements and connects these systems so that data becomes analyzable and saves time in everyday practice.

We do not compete with practice management systems or other providers. Our solutions are vendor-independent and connect to what is already in use in the practice. This includes interfaces to practice management and laboratories, apps for mobile data capture in the barn or on the farm, and data platforms that enable analysis across practices and herds. The data stays with the practice.

Cloud Microservices

We build backend services as small, clearly bounded microservices that run in containers and can be deployed independently. Each component stays manageable, can be scaled on its own, and can be replaced when needed without stopping the whole system.

The services run in your own infrastructure, at a hosting provider of your choice, or in the cloud. We set up operations, monitoring, and automated delivery so that updates are fast and possible without downtime.

Native App Development

Apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac with lean design.

We build native apps for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS with Swift and SwiftUI. Native development means fast interfaces, low maintenance costs, and full use of platform features, from offline operation and notifications to synchronization via iCloud.

In design, we follow the principle that less is more. Every feature has to earn its place. The result is applications that can be used without explanation and that speed up everyday workflows. On request, we develop the matching backend as well.

In most organizations, several systems run side by side without talking to each other. Data is maintained twice and workflows break at the transitions. We connect these systems through interfaces, data synchronization, and small intermediary services so that information arrives where it is needed.

We do not recommend a platform because we sell it, but because it fits your landscape. We use open standards so that you remain free to decide later.

We use machine learning and AI where they add value, for example to recognize patterns, make forecasts, or classify documents. Every evaluation can be explained and every pipeline can be repeated.
